Food for thought

My class and I have been learning about how much sugar is in cereal boxes and drinks, and how to read the different numbers on the back of bottles and cereal boxes. We were also taught about sometimes food and everyday food. You're probably wondering who taught us, Isabel from the Heart foundation. She is our Food for thought teacher. She taught us about grain foods, fruit and vegetables, milk and milk products, protein food, oil (fat) sugar and salt. She is the best Food for thought teacher ever, I loved Food for thought sessions. (Plus we are so lucky to have her here at Hay Park school)
