Summer Learning Journey - Activity 56 - Build a Boat - Step it up

Happy New Year!! We are finally in 2022 and going to be starting school next month. I have caught up with the activities I have not done and am super happy. For this task we had to measure how far our boats could go. It was the same as last time. I used 2 Fizzy drink cans, 1 foam container, 1 Skewer and put it all together with tape.

It all worked out and there was no changes needed. I went so fast. I did it on screencastify. I like how it turned out and it floated for about 30 minutes then it sank because the water went inside the cans. I only took the video for a short time.

Summer Learning Journey - Activity 55 - Build a boat - Kickstart

 Hey bloggers,

For this task we had to create a boat out of recycled objects. I used 2 Fizzy drink cans, 1 foam container, 1 Skewer and put it all together with tape. It is a very good floating object. It was medium size not to big not to small. I put it in a large bowl to float.

For this activity we had to create an origami box.  It was pretty easy. The video that we had to watch gave me a very clear understanding of what we had to create. I wanted to use colorful paper but I did not have any.

I want to tell you guys what an origami is. It is creating different artwork out of paper, This is mostly associated with the Japanese culture.
